For over a decade, the New Jersey Safe Routes Resource Center has been conducting research on crossing guard training while developing and implementing a statewide, comprehensive, and standardized Crossing Guard Training Program. The following document reviews the results of the 2024 training program. Lessons learned and next steps are summarized.
